由型号ТВЧ钽制成的外径1.3毫米，1.5毫米的无缝钢管，符合如下要求：

外径最大偏差：-0.05毫米; 

壁厚0.3毫米，壁厚最大偏差：-0.06毫米;

长度：7毫米，公差±0.2毫米（期望的需求），长度500-1500毫米允许;

管道的曲率应不超过每1米长3毫米。管卵形度及壁厚差不应该超出管尺寸—直径及壁厚允差极限值以外。在检测磨光的时候瑕疵深度不超过管的负的允差尺寸情况下可以有微小的缓斜的凹陷及擦痕。

要在真空热加工后提供管材，管端头要经过修剪和清理毛刺

管道必须能够承受不小于0.49兆帕（5千克力/m2）的气动压力测试;
